The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about Luna Moon Uk, our products and stores, the campaigns that we support and the activities we undertake.  In addition, you may be able to purchase products and services through the Site.

Delivery Times

Delivery for most orders within 5-7 working days. This excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. Please note that some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Luna Moon do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.  Please give 10 days for delivery due to high demand during the holiday season

Please not we only ship within the United Kingdom. Any orders placed outside this area will be cancelled.

As products are handmade, there some may be some variations such as frosting or the odd air bubble, but this does not affect your candle in any way and is due to the natural state of wax. I hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are not, please contact Luna Moon at the first instance so any problems can be rectified.

Refunds will not be given if items are returned and show signs of unreasonable use, Items must be in their original unopened packaging. If this is not the case you will either be offered a partial refund or can arrange for the goods to be sent back to you but you will be asked to pay shipping.Items Must be returned in the condition they arrived in - in the original box in the original packaging.

Refunds are not offered on sale items
